Don’t overcomplicate your nutrition. Follow these simple rules and you can feel confident you’ve got everything you need covered.

  1. Hydrate. Drink 2 litres of water per day
  2. Fruit and veg. Get at least 5 portions per day
  3. Focus your meals around protein
  4. Variety. Eat a variety of fruit and veg to cover all of your micronutrient needs and for a happy gut
  5. Eat 2 portions of oily fish per week, or supplement with high strength Omega 3
  6. Fibre. Make sure you get at least 30 grams per day
