Nutrition… it’s all so complicated isn’t it?
The thing is, for most people, nutrition should actually be quite simple!
Unfortunately we over-complicate it because we think there’s “something that we’re missing”. This is especially true now that we’re consistently bombarded with various diets, ways of eating and a plethora of differing opinions.
The truth is that a solid, nutritional diet can be achieved by implementing a few basic principles consistently.
This course will teach you those principles and give you and understanding of how to implement them into your day-to-day life.
