Quite simply, I’m lazy and I love pancakes, so here’s a recipe to make some pancakes full of goodness:
Macros:
325 cals
Protein: 17g
Carbs: 33g
Fat: 16g
Ingredients:
2 large eggs
1 ripe banana (doesn’t actually have to be ripe, but if it’s not you have to blend everything instead of just mashing the banana)
2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed (not necessary, but it helps hold everything together and is generally awesome for you)
Optional Extras:
Cinnamon
Sea salt
Vanilla flavouring
Steps:
Just blend everything together and pour into a pan in your desired size.
The best thing to do is heat the pan up using a medium-high heat, pour the batter in so it sizzles a bit and then reduce the heat to medium/medium-low. When the mixture produces bubbles or the top of it is no longer liquid, flip it over.
Simples!
