Rob’s Lazy Ass Pancakes

Quite simply, I’m lazy and I love pancakes, so here’s a recipe to make some pancakes full of goodness!


Ingredients
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 ripe banana (doesn’t actually have to be ripe, but if it’s not you have to blend everything instead of just mashing the banana)
  • 2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed (not necessary, but it helps hold everything together and is generally awesome for you)
Method
  1. Just blend everything together and pour into a pan in your desired size.
  2. The best thing to do is heat the pan up using a medium-high heat, pour the batter in so it sizzles a bit and then reduce the heat to medium/medium-low.
  3. When the mixture produces bubbles or the top of it is no longer liquid, flip it over.
