It’s great to have you on board, and I genuinely appreciate you entrusting this part of your life to me.

From now on, we’re a team!

I’m here to guide you, support you and provide you with anything I can to make your life easier, but remember that at the end of the day you are the only one who can get you to where you want to be.

So here’s my promise to you:

This call is where we’ll build your program together, agree on your starting point and go through what our focus will be for the first month, along with why, so you feel confident in understanding why we’re focusing on those things.

Afterwards, I’ll go away and put it all together and deliver everything to you via the app.

In the meantime:

If you haven’t already, please take the time to watch the video above. It’s just over 20 minutes but it covers some important information (feel free to watch it at a faster speed).

Also, in the next few days you’ll receive a series of emails.

These emails will give you some of the most beneficial mindset shifts I’ve come across to help transform how you think about your fitness and nutrition.

These are extremely important.

The key to seeing results and achieving lifelong lifestyle change is not a secret routine, diet or supplement.

It’s how you approach the process.

So please take the time to read these as they will ensure you don’t end up shooting yourself in the foot later on.

Also feel free to take a look at some of the resources here and bookmark this site so you can refer back to it later on.

(I know there’s a lot to take in, but don’t worry. You don’t have to read everything right away and I’ll help point you toward the resources that will be useful for you as the weeks progress)
